Indeed, the author of omnium-etc has defined omnium-etc outside of omnium-etc, and has posted the definition of omnium-etc outside of omnium-etc before putting it within his own website.
Omnium-etc is rather empty for a site that claims to have "all things, everything, etc." Surely a 5-year plan is too long for bringing it into completion.
